Picnic Cranberry Salad

Serves 8 to 12

Bring 1½ cups water to a boil. Add Jello and mix until dissolved. Fold in cranberry sauce and undrained pineapple.

Spoon into 9x11 dish. Garnish with whipping cream and mint.

2 packages red raspberry Jello

1 small can pineapple tidbits

1 can (16 ounces) whole cranberry sauce

1½ cups water

Whipping cream

Sprig of fresh mint
